Its ten years since I completed college and got a well-paying job in Nairobi working in a multinational clearing and forwarding company.
My life has been okay with a salary of sh 120,000 per month and lucky to marry a Moi University final year beautiful and bright student.
She was in her final year at the University happy and living well because I was fully financing her life.
I used to travel to Eldoret almost every weekend to check on her but sometimes she also could come to Nairobi when I am not able to make to Eldoret.
Our love life went on quite well and I was one of those men who were lucky to be in a healthy, wealthy and admirable relationship.
Our friends used to chat us saying we were a lucky couple on earth. My wife was encouraged and I was just waiting for her to finish college before we can have a baby.
It was on a Saturday when I travelled to Eldoret via air, and on arrival at the Airport, I took a taxi to nearby Naivas Supermarket where I had to do her a shopping as usual of around sh 12,000. However in the supermarket, what I came across will never erase from my mind!
On my way to the furniture section, I met my wife with another man also shopping. I couldn’t believe but first I had to give her benefit of doubt. I moved closer and confirmed she was the one holding hands with the man just like couples would do.
