All football fixtures involving the coast based Bandari Football Club will be played outside Mombasa county, club CEO Kibwana says
The Club’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tony Kibwana has confirmed during local FM stations interview that their Mbaraki Sports Club base within the county will be temporarily closed for three months.
“Our Mozzart Bet Cup organized by the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) round of 32 fixtures in which Bandari FC faces Bumbani Stars FC will be played in Kwale county,” he confirmed.
Kibwana said that their playing ground will be renovated to the required standards as a state-of-the-art pitch.
He said that the club’s pitch won’t be available until July this year.
The Club’s CEO said apart from the kick off cup any club league match fixture will be played outside Mombasa county.
Kibwana said renovation work at the club’s pitch will include the field water irrigation systems.

The Friday fixture will be Bidco United FC vs Tusker FC at Police Sacco Grounds, Zetech Titans FC vs KCB FC at Moi Stadium, Embu and Gor Mahia FC vs BB Bread FC to be played at Nyayo Stadium.
