Dirty Deals of Nairobi Assembly Sergeants, Why Coup against Speaker

Nairobi County Assembly Sergeants at Arms have become Cityhall cartels cutting deals at the expense of honourable members.

Top cartel is one Rashid Osenje who is a former ODM goon employed by the assembly during the reign of former minority leader Elias Otieno.

The class 8 drop out runs cartel ring on Passport issuance at Nyayo House.

Rashid is also part of sergeant cartels hiring charter halls to Sudanese every Sunday for activities.

He thrives in threats and intimidation.

He is now leading a coup against the current speaker Ken Ngondi and Clerk Gichana.

Yesterday he received 50 thousand shilling facilitation fees from MCA Abbas Khalif to cause confusion ,mayhem and chaos at the Nairobi County Assembly.

“He was sent 50k by an MCA to mobilize staffs and cause chaos and mayhem Rashid Osenje is the ring leader,” the police intelligence report reads in part.
