A major case at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court will see hearings continue for Benjamin Obuya Njoga, former Deputy Commissioner General of Prisons, and 13 others.

They face charges of abuse of office, fraudulent acquisition of public property, and money laundering in a scheme that allegedly saw them conspire to fraudulently acquire KSh302 million from the State Department of Correctional Services.

Another significant matter involves Antco Investment Ltd and three others, where the court will hear a suit seeking recovery of KSh133.8 million in conflict-of-interest payments linked to the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA).
