A pollster has ranked Embakasi West MP Mark Mwenje as the best performing legislator in Nairobi.
The survey conducted by Mizani Africa ranked Mwenje as the leading by garnering 75 percent.
Mwenje a first timer was followed closely by Starehe MP Amos Mwago who scored 70 percent.
Mwenje success has been attributed to his people centred attitude.
So far he has managed to build several classes in various schools.
Most roads have also been rehabilited with other works still in progress.
“Mwenje is a hard worker. He understands what most problems are and he is always on the ground solving them,” said Mwenje.
Nationally,Mwenje was also among the top ten.
“With the current hardships, people are looking for their leaders. Mwenje is among these leaders who are really assisting their people,” said Mizani CEO.
Others who emerged well is Babu Owino Embakasi East and Ronald Karauri Kasarani.
