Manchester United’s newly appointed head coach has outlined his vision for the club, promising a renewed identity built on discipline, intensity, and unity as he begins his tenure at Old Trafford.
Speaking to the media, the coach stressed the importance of restoring belief within the squad and reconnecting with the fans.
“This is one of the biggest clubs in the world,” he said. “My job is to bring clarity, energy, and a clear way of playing that everyone can believe in.”
He acknowledged the pressure that comes with the role but welcomed the challenge, emphasizing patience and long-term thinking.

“Success will not happen overnight,” he explained. “We must work step by step, improve every day, and build a team that competes with courage and responsibility.”
The new coach highlighted high standards and commitment as key pillars of his approach.
“Every player must understand what it means to wear this shirt,” he added. “Hard work is non-negotiable, and togetherness will be our strength.”he said.
