During the meeting, the church leaders shared their views on the role of the church in promoting peace, moral values, and social cohesion across the country. They also discussed key issues affecting communities, including youth empowerment, education, and support for vulnerable families.

The President thanked the Methodist Church for its long-standing contribution to Kenya’s spiritual and social growth, noting that religious institutions remain critical partners in building a united and values-driven nation. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to working closely with faith-based organisations in delivering services and uplifting communities.
Church leaders, in turn, pledged to continue praying for the country’s leadership and encouraging Kenyans to uphold peace, integrity, and compassion in their daily lives.
