President Ruto has reiterated his administration’s resolve to drive Kenya’s transformation agenda, saying there is no room for leaders with retrogressive and narrow-minded politics that derail progress.
Speaking in Mombasa County after inspecting the 1,932-unit Nyali VOK Affordable Housing Project, the President expressed satisfaction with the ongoing works, noting that the development is a milestone in his government’s commitment to providing dignified housing.

The project, which has so far employed more than 650 people, is part of the government’s Affordable Housing Programme that aims to create jobs while promoting inclusive urban development.
Ruto emphasized that the initiative is not just about building houses but about transforming lives, creating opportunities for the youth, and spurring economic growth across the country.
