Co-operative Bank of Kenya has been recognised as Kenya’s Best Retail Bank and Kenya’s Best Digital Bank by global financial publication Euromoney, in a double award that highlights the lender’s commitment to customer service, financial inclusion and digital innovation.
The bank shared the announcement on its social media platforms, celebrating the recognition as a reflection of its continued efforts to provide accessible and innovative banking solutions to millions of customers across the country.
In the statement, Co-op Bank said the dual recognition affirms its commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding access to financial services and driving digital transformation in Kenya’s banking sector.
