The Co-operative Bank of Kenya has announced the official opening of the Kisumu Milimani Executive Plus Centre, further strengthening its footprint in the lakeside city.
In a statement shared on its social media platforms, the bank said the new Executive Plus Centre is located along Nehru Road in Milimani, Kisumu, and is aimed at enhancing service excellence and customer convenience.
The opening ceremony was led by the Bank’s Head of Branch Banking, Mr. Jackson Muendo, who, together with the regional and branch teams, officially cut the ribbon to mark the launch of the facility.
“Co-operative Bank of Kenya today officially opened the Kisumu Milimani Executive Plus Center. Head of Branch Banking, Mr. Jackson Muendo leads the regional and branch team to officially cut the ribbon at the branch which is located along Nerhu Road Milimani.,” Co-operative Bank said in the statement.
According to the bank, the centre has been designed to serve the growing high-net-worth clientele in Kisumu by offering personalized and premium banking services.
“The Bank is committed to enhancing service excellence and convenience through strategic expansion of its channels. The branch is dedicated to serve the growing high-net-worth clientele in Kisumu, “bank added.
The move forms part of the lender’s broader strategy to expand its service channels and improve customer experience across key regions in the country.
In recent months , the bank has opened several branches in Thika, Ruiru ,Meru among other places .
