An election petition against Kiambu Mp Waithaka Machua will be heard in 25th November 2022 a kiambu high court has ruled.
Judge Asenath Ongeri on Wednesday ordered all parties who include the IEBC to furnish themselves with the required documentation to kick start the process.
The petition has been filed by former Kiambu MP Jude Njomo who was not satisfied with the results saying that the election process of kiambu constituency MP seat was flawed.
Njomo’s lawyer kibe Muigai said that they are ready to proceed with the petition.
