Safaricom has launched a new update for its My One App on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, introducing usability improvements designed to streamline customer experience.
The update reintroduces the “Favourites” tab within the transactions section, allowing users to save and quickly access frequently used contacts. It also upgrades the “Frequents” feature to make navigation to commonly used applications faster and more efficient.
To improve user convenience, the login system has been optimized to reduce frequent sign-outs, enabling users to remain logged in on Wi-Fi after their initial login while maintaining security standards.
Safaricom said the changes are part of ongoing enhancements driven by customer feedback, with more updates expected as development continues.
