Waiganjo pledges transparency, prioritizes education in Olkarau MP bid

Singer and businessman Paul Waiganjo has vowed to serve the people of Olkarau with fairness and transparency as he seeks to become the area’s next Member of Parliament.

Speaking during an interview with Kururia TV, Waiganjo said his leadership will prioritize education, noting that investing in learning institutions will be central to his development agenda.

“I will work for the people of Olkarau in a fair and transparent manner. Education will be my top priority,” he said.

Waiganjo also pledged to continue the legacy of the late David Kiaraho, promising to build on development projects initiated during his tenure.

He confirmed that he will contest the seat on the Democrats for the Citizen Party (DCP) ticket, a party associated with former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

The party has already announced plans to conduct transparent nominations ahead of the by-election.
