Co-operative Bank of Kenya has sponsored the fourth edition of the SOTET Golf Tournament, reinforcing its commitment to community engagement and business networking through sporting initiatives.
The tournament was held on October 9 and 10, 2026, at the Mombasa Golf Club, bringing together golfers, business leaders, corporate representatives and friends from across the Coastal region, with participation led by golfers from the North Rift region.
Through its Executive Banking offering, Co-op Bank supported the event, which provided a platform for participants to strengthen professional relationships, build business connections and interact beyond formal corporate settings.
The tournament has grown beyond a sporting competition into an avenue for bringing together businesses and communities, encouraging networking and fostering partnerships among participants from different regions.
Co-op Bank said its sponsorship reflects the institution’s commitment to initiatives that connect communities, nurture meaningful partnerships and create lasting impact.
The bank continues to support activities that bring people together around shared interests while creating opportunities for engagement between corporate organisations, businesses and the communities they serve.
The fourth edition of the SOTET Golf Tournament underscores the role of sporting events in promoting social interaction and strengthening business relationships, particularly among professionals and enterprises operating across different regions of the country.
