The Co-operative Bank of Kenya has issued a public advisory to its customers regarding its USSD mobile banking services, reaffirming that both *667# and *557# are official access codes for the bank’s mobile banking platform.
In a statement shared with customers, the bank assured users that if they experience any challenges using one of the numbers, they can seamlessly switch to the other without disruption.
“*667# and *557# are both Co-op Bank numbers. If you have any challenges with one, please use the other,” the bank noted.
