The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has issued a tender notice inviting bids for the provision of private security services at its ten regional and corridor offices. The tender, identified as KeNHA/2787/2024, is a crucial step in enhancing security measures for KeNHA’s facilities across the country.
Interested service providers are required to submit their sealed bids by August 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
The opening of the bids will take place at the KeNHA Headquarters, located at Barabara Plaza, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), Nairobi, in the Block C – 2nd Floor Board Room.

Prospective bidders can obtain the tender documents free of charge by downloading them from the KeNHA website (www.kenha.co.ke) or the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) (www.tenders.go.ke).

Physical copies of the documents are also available at the KeNHA Office in JKIA, Barabara Plaza, Block C, 2nd Floor, Supply Chain Management Office, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00.
Payment should be made via a banker’s cheque payable to the Kenya National Highways Authority.
A mandatory pre-tender site visit is specified in the tender document, which bidders must review to ensure compliance.
KeNHA encourages bidders to download the tender documents to minimize physical visits to their office and to regularly check the KeNHA website and PPIP for any updates or clarifications related to the tender.
