The Co-operative Bank of Kenya has announced the opening of a new Executive Banking Service Excellence Centre at The Promenade Mall in Nyali, Mombasa.
In a statement shared on its official social media platforms, the bank said the new facility is designed to offer premium, personalized banking services to high-net-worth and corporate clients.
“Co-op Bank has opened a new Executive Bank Service excellence center at the Promenade Mall in Nyali, Mombasa. The opening was officiated by Director, Richard L. Kimanthi, a member of the Banks’ Board of Directors ,” the statement read in part.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr. Richard L. Kimanthi, a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors, who emphasized the bank’s commitment to customer-centered innovation and service excellence.
In recent months, Co-operative Bank has intensified its branch expansion drive across the country as part of its broader mission to promote financial inclusion and bring quality banking services closer to Kenyans in both urban and rural areas.
