According to the weekly court schedule, the cases will be heard in Milimani Anti-Corruption Court, Kajiado Law Court, Machakos Environment and Land Court, Eldoret, and Kerugoya courts, highlighting the wide scope of ongoing anti-corruption and land recovery litigation.

Former Murang’a Governor among key accused

One of the most prominent cases involves Francis Mwangi wa Iria, former Governor of Murang’a County, alongside eight others. They face charges of conspiracy to commit corruption, unlawful acquisition of public property, conflict of interest, and money laundering.
